Anti fog spray vs. Thermal lens

Anti fog spray is used for single pane lens paintball masks. Because of the lenses technology they fog up after a few hours of game play. Anti fog spray helps out by reducing the fog by about 75%. You also have to reapply it after every game. It’s way cheaper than a thermal lens but does not guarantee the paintball mask will not fog up at all. Thermal lenses prevent fogging and will save you when you are heating up. Thermal lenses lock air in between two lenses. The air in between the two lenses is what keeps it from fogging up. They are a bit more expensive but are a lot more reliable. My theory is if you’re spending on a Paintball mask you should spend it once and for all, they are a one time buy and the whole game depends on you vision.
