Differences in Paintballs

Well to start off all paintballs are .68 caliber (that’s the size of the paintball). Paintballs prices range from $30-80$ per box of 2000. The difference between the prices depends on many of the factors that follow. The packing of the paintballs which will then reduce the amount of damaged paintballs in the box. Another factor is the thickness and brightness of the paint inside the shell. You would want it to be as thick and bright as possible, so when you’re playing and hit someone they can’t wipe it off, it will still be visible. The thickness of the paintball shill is also a factor. Some paintball shells are thicker than other and some are brittle. If the paintball is too brittle or inconsistent in size it will break in your barrel (a tube like piece that located at the end of the marker where the paintball exits from once it was fired). But one final and major difference is how consistent the size of the paintballs in the box are. The more consistent they are, your shots will be more accurate. Best thing to do is try out different boxes of paintballs and see which one works best for your marker.
